ProfilScoreIA

Pre-training AI positioning

Know how each person works with AI before the training begins

ProfilScoreIA is a 10-minute online scenario. Fifteen workplace decisions place each participant on six behavioural axes, then in one of eight generative AI user profiles. The trainer tailors the session, the participant leaves with a personal report, the sponsor sees the whole group.

The problem

One-size-fits-all AI training reaches only part of the group

Faced with a tool that mimics reasoning, people fall back on their reflexes. Some check every word, some delegate without checking, some doubt on principle, others dive in with no framework.

These attitudes shape the value people get from AI far more than technical skill. Without knowing them, a session treats everyone the same way.

The journey

A short scenario, not a questionnaire

Participants work through a brief workplace story and make fifteen decisions. No technical knowledge is needed: the journey observes how people use AI, not what they know about it. It runs on a computer or a phone, in English or in French.

One link per session

Participants sign up through an open link. No email list needs to be shared beforehand.

Before or at the start

They complete it the day before at their desk, or in the first minutes of the training.

Twin scenarios

The scenario fits the context. The fifteen decisions keep identical weights, so results stay comparable.

Level 1 · Measure

Six axes, read as three zones

Each axis describes a tension between two attitudes. Neither end is right in itself: what matters is a balance suited to the actual work.

Mindset

The mental stance before any action. A gap calls for awareness and critical thinking.

  • PerceptionTool vs Partner
  • TrustScepticism vs Buy-in

Method

How requests are framed and how deep the exchange goes. Training improves this zone fastest.

  • TimeVolume vs Quality
  • InteractionTransaction vs Conversation

Value

The real impact on work. A gap shows AI confined to low-stakes tasks.

  • ControlHands-on vs Delegation
  • CognitionExecution vs Analysis

Level 2 · Diagnose

Eight ways of working with AI

Combining the six axes places each person in a profile. A profile describes a way of working, never a level. Each one has a strength and a watch-point.

Level 3 · Act

Four families to differentiate the workshop

In training, the eight profiles group into four families, each with its own objective and exercise. For a manager, they are four complementary roles a team needs.

The Cautious

The Auditor, The Craftsman

Pattern
Over-control for fear of error.
In the workshop
Learn controlled letting-go: ask AI for a method, keep final sign-off.

The Sprinters

The Fast-Track Delegator, The Quick-Fire Creative

Pattern
Speed and vague prompts, generic results.
In the workshop
Add useful friction: context, constraints, expected format.

The Explorers

The Sourcing Hacker, The Sparring Partner

Pattern
Scattered, unfinished dialogues.
In the workshop
Sharpen focus: structure first, aim for the result in one request.

The Builders

The Process Architect, The Centaur

Pattern
Already structured.
In the workshop
Scale up: assistants, prompt templates, reusable team tools.

The outputs

Three readings for three audiences

The participant

A preview of their profile on screen at the end, then a personal PDF report by email: profile, radar, three-zone reading, behavioural signature and development tips. A personal link lets them retake the profile later.

The trainer

A session report shown at the start: spread of profiles and families, three zone scores, group watch-points (over-represented profile, rare role) and complementary pairs for workshops.

The sponsor

A group report for HR or the manager: a consolidated view of the population, with the families read as roles the team needs to cover.

Reporting level

IncludedNamed group report, shared with the sponsor.
On requestAnonymised report, or results for the participant only. Who does what is then set out in the agreement.

How it runs

Five steps, one email on the client side

  1. 1
ScopingTarget group, timing and reporting level.
  2. 2
DistributionHR sends the session link to participants in a single email.
  3. 3
Completion10 minutes, before the session or at its start.
  4. 4
Individual feedbackOn-screen preview, then PDF report by email.
  5. 5
Group feedbackSession report shown in the room, group report sent to the sponsor.

Over time

A snapshot in time that can be retaken

After the feedback, each participant commits to three actions over three weeks.

A second run at 60 days, through the personal link, shows how the group’s profiles have moved. That second run depends on a reminder from the employer: the tool opens the door, the organisation invites people through it.

Data

Limited processing, with an end date

No staff list

The organisation shares no addresses. Participants sign up themselves through the session link.

No names sent to AI

Names and email addresses are never sent to the generative AI model that writes the feedback.

Deleted after 30 days

Personal details are erased 30 days after the profile, or 30 days after the last action if a follow-up is planned.

Hosted in Europe

The application and its database are hosted in the European Union.
